2) ABC's curriculum?

ABC's of God: A Study for Children on the Greatness and Worth of God
Has anyone used this? It is targeted for 1st grade-third. But I have kids
Pre-k to 6th grade, so need to know if it is adaptable and lots of hands on
or just a lot of Q&A, worksheets, and memorization.
Thanks! Also, if anyone has ABC lists that apply to church/God/S. school,
etc please share.

--from SSTN: there is a freebie in our Lessons section at:

5) Veteran's Day Gift?

Our church would like to invite all the current and past members of the military in our community to a special recognition Sunday in November in connection with Veteran's Day.

We would like to give each of them a small gift to show our appreciation. We would appreciate any ideas. We would like to know how other churches have done this.

Cathy Bodell
New Hope Church of Christ, Benzonia, Michigan

--from SSTN: what about a small Gospel of John booklet wrapped in red, white and blue ribbon -OR- a red, white and blue ribbon bookmark for a small Bible with your church's name printed on it thanking them for their service?

6) Construction theme?

Please let me know if you have any ideas for a Construction theme for our Sunday School. Thank you and God bless!

7) Piggyback Songs

Another good source for songs for little folk that you might have in your store is the Piggyback songs songbooks. The one in Praise of God would have both Noah and Joshua in them.
