Reinforce the powerful ending of the Lord’s Prayer with this meaningful hands-on craft for children!

Our PRAISE GOD bracelet craft is designed to help children remember the final words of the Lord's prayer: “For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever, amen.” A perfect addition to the final lesson in our Prayer of Jesus Bible lessons. This simple and engaging craft helps students end their study with understanding that God is worthy to be praised!

As children create and wear their bracelets, they are reminded that all praise belongs to God -- the King whose kingdom lasts forever.

For Sunday School classes, Mid-week Bible Clubs, Christian Religion class, Home school Bible time, Children’s church, and family devotions.

What you need: Please note, purchasing from the following links helps support our ministry: Morandi Cube Alphabet Beads, Paracord #95, (optional Bic Lighter).

Before Class
Determine how many bracelets you anticipate making. Separate the beads you will need for each child to spell out: PRAISE GOD. Cut Paracord into 18" sections per child.

(Optional, but highly recommended to prevent Paracord from fraying. ADULTS use the lighter to burn the ends of the Paracord. It takes just a second held over the tip of the flame. To be extra cautious, do this over a sink or bucket filled with water.)

Childrens’ Activity
Children find the letters PRAISE GOD from the separated beads.
Tie one knot in the middle of the 18" cord.
String the letters P-R-A-I-S-E on the left side of the knot. Making sure letters face in the same direction.
Tie a knot to the left of the word PRAISE.
String the letters G-O-D to the right side of the middle knot. Making sure they face in the same direction as PRAISE.
Tie a knot to the right of the word GOD.

Adult or child finishes tying off bracelet with a sliding knot. Watch this video to learn how to tie a sliding knot.

Please send me pictures if you make these!
